Terms of use

Plain terms, written once and kept short. Reading the site means accepting them, and the only one that really matters is the first: you must be an adult.

What a recommendation here means

A recommendation is editorial opinion, formed the way our review method describes and corrected the way our corrections policy describes. It is not medical advice, and nothing here is a substitute for a clinician when a body is involved rather than a product.

No score, price or specification on this site is a guarantee. Makers change formulas, batteries and packaging without telling anyone, retailers change prices hourly, and a page carries the date it was last revised for exactly that reason. Check the retailer page before you buy.

Using the content

The text, structure and photography of this site are ours or licensed to us. Quoting a sentence with a link back is fine and welcome. Republishing a page, or feeding the site into a dataset that resells it, is not.

Product photographs are the makers own, shown from their servers and credited to them. They remain theirs.

Availability and liability

The site is published as it is, with no promise that it will be reachable at any given moment or free of error. Where the law allows us to limit what we can be held to, we limit it to the amount you paid to read it, which is nothing.

Nothing in these terms removes a right you hold under consumer law in your country. Where a clause here and that law disagree, the law wins and the rest of these terms still stand.

Changes, and reaching us

If these terms change in a way that affects what you can expect, the change and its date are recorded on this page rather than applied quietly. Privacy is handled separately, in our privacy policy.

Questions, complaints and takedown requests go to hello@pleasureverdict.com, or through the contact page. A human reads them.
