What gets a reply
- A factual error, especially with a source attached. These are handled first. See our corrections policy.
- A question about our method, including a challenge to the criteria behind a ranking.
- Brand and retailer inquiries about specifications, materials, warranty terms or a documented failure. Answers you give us are published as coming from you.
- Press and licensing questions about our research.
What does not
- Requests for paid placement, sponsored guides or link insertion. See our editorial policy.
- Medical questions. We are not clinicians and will say only that.
- Order problems. We sell nothing, so the retailer is your counterparty, though a pattern of bad service is useful for us to know about.
- Requests to remove an accurate negative finding.
Privacy of your message
We keep correspondence only as long as it takes to deal with it, and we do not add email addresses to any mailing list. Our privacy policy covers the detail.
