Privacy policy

This is an adult-interest site, so privacy is not a formality. The short version: we run no third-party analytics and set no tracking cookie.

What is stored, and where

  • In your browser only: whether you dismissed the country notice. It is a single entry in local storage, it never leaves your device, and clearing site data removes it.
  • On our server, briefly: standard web server request logs, which include your IP address, the page requested, the time and your browser user agent. They exist to keep the site running and to detect abuse, and they are not used to build a profile or joined to anything else.
  • Nothing else. We hold no accounts, no payment data and no mailing list.

Your rights

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the General Data Protection Regulation and UK GDPR give you rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction and objection. California residents have comparable rights under the CCPA as amended, including the right to know and to delete, and we sell no personal information to anyone. Canadian readers are covered by PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25, and Australian readers by the Privacy Act and the Australian Privacy Principles.

In practice there is very little for us to hand over, which is the point. Write to hello@pleasureverdict.com and we will tell you honestly what exists and remove what we can.

Children

This site is intended for adults only and is labeled for content filtering software. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects what we store, the change and its date will be recorded here rather than applied quietly.
